We will assist our Airline partner with the following legal services:

• run General Sales Agent services including commercial contracts with 3rd parties in compliance with local legislation, currency and trading regulations
• preparation of legal documentation prior operations and on on-going basis
• follow-up and inform Airline about any changes in local legislation related to Civil Aviation
• act as contact and negotiating person with respective local authorities
• trade name and logo protection
• handle passenger claims in accordance with Airline’s General Terms and Conditions of Carriage and local legislation
