• dedicate highly professional reservation staff as Airline’s back-office information and reservation call center
• provide full-range call center facilities such as
  - servicing FIT customers
  - Travel Agent help desk
  - Frequent Flyer passengers help desk
  - Group Sales
• run operations of of full-range service and ticketing sales office in up-market district of city
  - servicing of walking-in clients by highly professional, multilingual staff
  - issuing of electronic and paper tickets, excess baggage, MCO/MPD documents
  - provide other passenger services related to Airline’s daily sales office operations
